Imagine a serene evening outdoors, captivated by the mesmerizing dance of flames without the usual fuss of tending to a fire. The Fire Pit is designed to offer just that. Drawing upon years of expertise in metal processing, Sanyo Works crafted a fire pit with a unique 8-panel removable design. This innovative feature allows users to adjust the intensity of the fire effortlessly. Combined with an adjustable combustion system and optimized airflow, it promises minimal smoke and easy cleanup. Made for outdoor aficionados, the Fire Pit ensures a warm and enchanting ambiance, letting you focus on moments that truly matter.
Adjustable Secondary Combustion:
- The Mechanism: Central to the Fire Pit’s design is its unique removable eight-panel system. When fully assembled, these panels create an eight-sided cylinder, optimized for secondary combustion. The design considers the fundamental science of fire: for wood to burn efficiently, it requires oxygen. With holes strategically placed at the bottom of each panel, fresh air is channeled directly to the base, serving as the primary combustion source. As this air heats up, it ascends within the double-walled cavity of the panels and gets expelled from the top holes, resulting in secondary combustion.
- The Benefit: This dual combustion system offers users an unparalleled control over their fire experience. Need high-intensity heat, perhaps for cooking or on especially cold nights? Simply enclose the fire with all panels, maximizing the secondary combustion. The result is a hotter, more efficient fire that burns with reduced smoke. On occasions when you desire less intensity, you have the flexibility to remove panels, reducing secondary combustion and allowing for a more open fire.
Low Smoke Engineered Airflow:
- The Mechanism: Beyond its role in combustion, the panel system has another crucial function: minimizing smoke. Smoke production is often a result of incomplete combustion. The Fire Pit’s design ensures that wood undergoes both primary and secondary combustion, leading to a more complete burn. The holes at the bottom of each panel facilitate the upward movement of air. This “draft” effect ensures a consistent supply of oxygen, promoting complete wood combustion. The heated air in the double-walled panels, when released from the top holes, further aids in reducing smoke, burning off many of the particulates that would typically form smoke.
- The Benefit: The outcome is a fire pit that’s both efficient and user-friendly. No more constantly shifting positions to avoid billows of smoke or worrying about smoke-related irritations. With the Fire Pit, you enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the fire without the typical smoky inconvenience. This feature is especially beneficial for those with respiratory concerns, children, or simply anyone looking to have a more pleasant fire experience.
